Do you handle permits and inspections?
Yes. We pull permits, coordinate engineering approvals and walk inspections with the local building department through closeout.
Can you work around our operating hours?
Yes. We phase work and schedule evenings or weekends so city offices, schools and businesses can stay open.
Do you work prevailing wage and public bid projects?
Yes. We are DIR registered (#2000011066), certified as a DBE, DVBE and California Small Business, and familiar with public bid, prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements.
