Yes. We offer monthly, quarterly and annual agreements with flexible scopes. Recurring customers receive priority scheduling.
How quickly can you respond to emergencies?
We offer 24/7 emergency board-up and storm damage response. Call (925) 809-0209 for immediate dispatch after vandalism, break-ins or facility damage.
Can we set up a recurring maintenance schedule?
Yes. We set up weekly, monthly or seasonal service and document each visit with photos.
Do you work prevailing wage and public bid projects?
Yes. We are DIR registered (#2000011066), certified as a DBE, DVBE and California Small Business, and familiar with public bid, prevailing wage and certified payroll requirements.
